Custom Home Framing
From foundation to roof deck on Toronto's finest luxury builds. We frame directly from architectural drawings, coordinate with your engineer, and hand off square to a sixteenth.
01 · The Service
The structural shell that everything follows.
Custom home framing is not a commodity. The structural shell of a build dictates the quality of every trade that follows the drywallers, tile setters, millwork installers, and finish carpenters who depend on our walls being true, our floors being level, and our geometry being right the first time.
We take on custom builds that other framers decline. The cantilevered second storeys. The great rooms with complex roof transitions. The homes where the structural engineer is involved from day one and the architect's drawings have details most framers have never been asked to execute.
Our process begins with a detailed drawing review before any lumber is cut. We identify structural complexity, coordinate with your engineer on LVL and beam schedules, and sequence the frame to keep your project moving without surprises.
When we leave a site, it is inspection-ready. The walls are plumb, the decks are flat, and the next trade walks in knowing they are inheriting a frame they can do their best work on.

03 · How It Works
Our process.
01
Review & Scope Discussion
We review your architectural and structural drawings in detail before any conversation about pricing. We identify complexity, flag structural questions, and make sure we understand exactly what is being asked of us.
02
Estimate & Schedule
You receive a clear scope and price with no hidden allowances. We also give you a realistic schedule that accounts for structural complexity so your build sequence isn't disrupted by a frame running long.
03
On-Site Execution
We show up when we say we will. We sequence the frame to keep your project moving, communicate proactively when field conditions create a question, and maintain a clean and organized site throughout.
04
Inspection & Hand-off
When the frame is complete, we walk it with you, coordinate with your inspector, and don't consider the job done until structural sign-off is in hand and the site is ready for the next trade to start.
